transactions performed on the platform.
5. Fees and Charges

- If a user converts cryptocurrency (including USDT) to fiat currency (including USD) and requests a withdrawal, the user acknowledges that processing depends on third-party banks and intermediaries. If funds are delayed, held, frozen, rejected, or reversed for any compliance, regulatory, or banking reason, HeraldEX may take up to 90 days to investigate and resolve the transaction before issuing any refund or re-credit. The user accepts this review period and that HeraldEX is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
